This course has been designed for anyone who performs operations, maintenance and repair activities of a small scale and short duration which may disturb asbestos or asbestos material. An Operations & Maintenance worker shall have a valid Operations & Maintenance certificate and must have their certificate or a copy of their certificate with them at all times while working on the project. This 2-day course (8 hours per day) is designed for in-house custodians and maintenance staff who may disturb asbestos during normal maintenance and housekeeping activities. This course meets AHERA and OSHA guidelines for custodial staff. This course includes the following topics:
